  • Pequot Pharmaceutical Network at 76.79%
  • Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation at 48.40%
  • 4D Pharmacy Management Systems at 39.60%
  • Medco at 34.34%

If you look based on number of mail order Rxs:

  • Medco
  • Express Scripts
  • CVS Caremark
  • ACS

Overall, mail order usage has continued to decrease from its peak in 2006 of 18.83% of Rxs to 16.80% at the time of this survey last year.
